SMV Projekt Solutions GmbH is a subsidiary of one of Germany’s most established and respected project management consultancies.
Our company has been purposely established to serve the needs of international clients who are investing in Germany - as well as to join with German clients and/or consultants setting out to undertake project activities outside of Germany.

SMV Projekt Solutions GmbH shares the full operational infrastructure, staff resources and project knowledge base of its founding parent company - SMV Bauprojektsteuerung Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH - with whom it shares offices in Berlin.
In establishing SMV Projekt Solutions GmbH, a key aspect has been the appointment of Brian Lillecrapp as co-owner and Managing Director. Mr Lillecrapp brings with him 12 years of professional experience in Germany of meeting the requirements and expectations of international clients and their project teams.
The sectors represented by recent and current projects include: Administration Buildings, Commercial Offices, Hotel; Leisure, Shopping Centres; Retail Outlets; Entertainment, Industrial and Residential.
