Benefits for the client
Subject of the general contractor's contract were amongst others extensive time scheduling and coordination services in connexion with the large-scale construction project at Potsdamer Platz which was to be built simultaneously, particularly in regard to the media connection (service roadway) and the construction logistics. These very complex services are normally coordinated by the client/investor. In this case these services were delivered by SMV only and the general contractor was completely released.

By this integrated time scheduling in the construction area of Potsdamer Platz the general contractor additionally attained an extensive coverage of his own construction deadlines and interfaces as well as an on-going connexion of part deadlines (up to 20.000 actions) with regular updated milestones.
