Project description
SMV Projekt Solutions has successfully delivered project management services regarding Dell’s service and sales center in Halle.

At the margin of the city center after the demolition of an old industrial plant and the clean-up of the subsoil a three-storey office building with a gross floor area of about 13.350 m² has been built with precast concrete parts in two construction phases on a site with approx. 31.700 m².

The first tract with a gross floor area of approx. 8.700 m² was handed over to the client in 2006 after only 7 months of construction. The second tract was completed in November 2007.

A third tract is in planning. The not overbuilt parts of the site were used for a parking ground for approx. 550 cars and were vegetated including some already existing protected trees.
