Development of a new five star plus deluxe hotel with full resort facilities on an artificially created island, to be operated by the Ritz Carlton Group

14 deluxe mansions
7 VIP deluxe mansions for the monarchs of the neighbouring countries

Project objectives
The initial conditions for the realisation of this five star plus deluxe complex have been very special regarding the requirements and wishes of the already bound end user. It was targeted to design and implement a working infrastructure and to successfully realise the existing cultural conventions according to european standard.

The realisation of the project targets was achieved by a strict european project management. Successful benchmarking, value engineering, procurement route studies and supply chain management guaranteed the feasibility of design and the compliance with the given budget.
