Project description
The hotel is one of the leading hotels and a landmark in the very heart of the Romanian capital. Notwithstanding the replacement of complete M+E equipment, the hotel operation will not be interrupted during the construction work.

Renovation: structural works; re-fitting of some 104 Guestrooms on 4 floors; renovation of all Public Areas, including Reception, Lobby, Bars and Restaurants; new concept for Meeting Rooms and Club Lounge on the 21st floor.

Project objectives
Refurbishment programme, cost consultancy and risk management support for the hotel upgrade to current hospitality standards ‘on time’ and ‘on budget’.
